Craig ensures value for money outcomes and translating proposed design solutions from concepts into viable successful projects. C3S will only be successful completing multiple projects for any particular client. His focus is not the cheapest price but the optimal value for money.
Craig has extensive construction industry experience working in management teams of consultant and contracting organisations, involving cost planning, tendering, negotiated contracts, contract administration and detailed estimating. Understanding and building feasibility models for the cost drivers assists each of these field.
With over 16 years’ quantity surveying experience in the construction industry, David is highly capable and delivers reliable and methodical services, lending his skills to a number of different sectors across commercial, retail, health, education and residential projects.
David is very experienced in all facets of cost consulting and has gained valuable experience in a number of different sectors and provides high quality services through all phases of cost planning and during construction. David’s background allows him to cover the full spectrum of cost management, ranging from feasibility studies to bill of quantities, construction phase cost management, and research activities. David is conversant in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Manager – Procurement Process
James’ broad industry experience enables him to understand and respond to all aspects of the delivery process, whether at design commencement or on site construction. James understands the client, contractor and the sub-contractor perspectives.
James has developed the C3S method of measurement on construction quantity in response to the disparate view held within the market place. Keen to develop knowledge and skill within the industry, James provides a mentoring role to our graduate staff as well as systems development on behalf of our stakeholders including the development of the Cubit software.
With a background in Quantity Surveying and Architecture Andreas provides a unique perspective to all projects in which he is involved. Andreas will critically examine and challenge set processes and ideas in order to deliver an optional outcome for stakeholders.
Confident with C3S philosophy, Andreas has worked within our office, on site and with our stakeholders as required. The sectors Andreas has covered are equally broad and include commercial office, retail, fitout, health, aged care and heritage.
A capable cost planner with extensive experience in the post contract delivery of projects, Andreas will commit to a project for its life.
Peter provides C3S with a unique capability on structure advice. Not only can Peter provide current market cost advice he can assist review of structural solutions that improve buildability, programme and efficiencies. Previously Peter has worked as General Manager of Structure Sub-Contract business as well as estimator.
Jane is an experienced consultant who joined C3S from another consulting group. As well experience in project procurement roles Jane has also provided trade contractor estimating services.
ConsultantMay graduated as an Architect and practiced as an Interior Designer for seven years. May also has previously worked as a kitchen designer/estimator for a leading joinery manufacturer. These talents and skills complement her position in C3S as senior consultant.
Clement provides support to C3S in the structure components of our commissions. His engineering background provides a differing perspective to conventional quantity surveying. In addition Clement provides IT support with a focus on developing our Cubitt systems and BIM model interaction capability.
Our resident HR Manager, comes to us with a strong background working in diverse industries. Nancy has over 20 years’ business experience and holds a Post Graduate Human Resources Degree. Having worked predominantly in small to medium enterprises across a variety of industries, Nancy understands the need for a pragmatic approach HR issues.
Nancy has significant experience in operational human resources, project management, industrial and employment relations and recruitment.
Office Management / Support
Caterina is responsible for general office management supporting all of the team in various roles.
Holly, our latest recruit, is currently involved in a number of project procurement and cost management roles. Holly is also assisting in developing our cost planning systems and particularly our Cubit capability.
